Colour clashing monochrome. Dior versus cutler and Gross.

Hello Judges',

Well the weekend started off a bit ropey, but this Sunday has turned into a bright eyed day with a chill, but ideal for rocking those sunglasses.
Well , fashion weeks have been done, and fashion for the next year has been truly set. Riotous prints and colours versus monochrome madness.

Before we do the big reveals, we will be photographing and pricing these new labels to commence the release. The release will be exclusive for the first week to Newsletter subscribers giving you the chance to look not only better than your family and friends, or even better than your frenemies at the office !

Dior saw  a flower garden mould into exaggerated  tulip shapes, subtle hues with embellished detailing. Finest fabrics mixed with techno finishes. Couture clashes with  the present creating a new look again. Raf Simons turns life into a dyeing art.

Cutler and gross present a strong look ,with a strong look of angles and fluid shapes. Black severe frames and grey finishes turning a face into a feature. Cutler and Gross in 2013 finished the year with a brand new factory to produce their frames and glasses to the highest handmade tradition that fans are used to.

Fashion is moving at a rate of knots like never before, with shows being instantly streamed into the homes of all if so desired. No longer is the show reserved for editors and the fashion elite, but for us mere mortals thanks to facebook streams, twitter feeds, youtube and googleplus

Burberry was full on sharp tailored, with blanket shawls in a new take on the traditional check almost with a nod to Celine's big check coat that rocked the fashion world last season.

Alexander McQueen show had print, precision tailoring and a dark twist on accessories the overall look was like a flashback to a Hitchcock with a punk aesthetic and styling.

Paul Smith presented his collection on a Turkish carpeted runway complete with matching shoes and woven patterns. The collection was sharp and on form the collection will add fun elements to the winter season a true signature of Paul Smith with not only style and bang on trends but a tongue in cheek look to the other sides.

Pringle of Scotland presented a super slick collection of serious fashion with a nod back to their archives of true style that created the house. Pringle is no longer a golf enthusiasts label but a true label for the serious fashion insider.
